Please Observe The Following Track Rules

• All guests must conduct themselves in a courteous manner.
• Children under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• Seat belts must be tightly fastened at all times.
• Long hair and clothing must be tied in place.
• Shirts and shoes are required – closed toe and heal shoes are strongly recommended for Go-Karts.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Loud and abusive language will not be tolerated.
• Do not drive if you are incapable of working the gas, brakes and steering control. The gas is on the right and the brake is on the left.
• Absolutely NO bumping, pushing or other aggressive driving allowed.
• Follow the pit crews instructions closely.
• We will NOT admit anyone who is obviously intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• Keep hands and feet inside the car at all times.
• If car stops or goes off the track, stay in your car and wait  for assistance.
• Fire arms or weapons are NOT permitted.
• Loitering or solicitation is NOT permitted.
• No refunds will be allowed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Steer with both hands on the wheel at all times.
• Keep slow speed when entering and exiting the pit areas.
• Failure to follow all rules and instructions can result in serious injury to you and others, and loss of privileges without refund.

WARNING! GO-KARTS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR ANYONE:

• With current or prior heart problems
• With current or prior neck or back problems
• With high blood pressure or at risk for stroke
• Who are expectant mothers
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• With any mental or physical conditions or limitations which may impair their ability to participate in this activity
